Modus Operandi

Our noble pursuits cannot be bought. We are fiercely independent. If we choose a restaurant, we'll break in when we're ready.

La Palette is a funky little French Bistro in the heart of Toronto’s Kensington Market. The menu features such bohemian favourites as horse tenderloin, duck confit and wild boar shanks. Their cellar is stocked with some impressive wines and behind the bar, you’ll find a great selection of wholesome, delicious Belgian beers.

The dining area is eclectic and cozy and lends itself to the kind of intimate and interactive dining experience typical of old Paris. Weather permitting, the patio is an excellent spot to sit back and sip on a cocktail, beer or glass of wine and immerse yourself in the bizarre street life of Kensington Market.
